TILBC LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
At TILBC, we are a Christian fellowship, not a single church, committed to transforming lives through grace-rooted, Scripture-based counseling and soul-care. Our structure reflects our mission to equip believers for the ministry of biblical counseling and soul-care, strengthen churches, and build a collaborative community, all guided by biblical truth and one-another care.
- Elders: Biblical Oversight and Direction
Our fellowship is led by a team of elders who provide spiritual and strategic oversight. Anchored in Scripture, they ensure our mission stays aligned with our evangelical foundations and gospel focus. They guide us with wisdom and hold us accountable to God’s Word. - Commissioned Mentors: Advising and Equipping
Our Commissioned Mentors are a team of skilled leaders who shape TILBC’s day-to-day direction. Commissioned by our elders, they advise on decisions, mentor counselors-in-training, and impart practical skills and biblical truth. Their focus is on equipping others, fostering heart-level growth in students and counselees, and collaborating with the broader team to keep our mission on track. - Admin Team: Managing Operations
The Admin Team handles the nuts and bolts of TILBC’s operations. From managing programs and resources to keeping things running smoothly, they free up our Commissioned Mentors to focus on mentoring and advising. Together, these teams ensure that our fellowship operates effectively and faithfully. - Collaborative Fellowship: A United Community
Beyond leadership, TILBC is a close-knit fellowship of counselors, interns, and students. We are united by mutual support and a shared commitment to growth, living out “one-another” values that strengthen the Body of Christ. - Church Partnerships: Supporting the Body
We partner with churches to equip their ministries, not to replace them. Our elders, Commissioned Mentors, and Admin Team work together to provide tailored training, resources, and encouragement to congregations.
