Some serve in more than one leadership or other role, and each one brings unique gifts and abilities that help us maintain our unique culture and robust program. We are abundantly blessed that these folks volunteer their time while serving other fellowships and ministries as well.

Pastor Iljin Cho, M.Div. Counseling Intern, Unbound Leader, Training Program Asst. Professor
TILBC Elder Part of the culture of TILBC is our confidence in the Word of God to address all matters of life and faith. He connected with Pastor Warren and began his journey to become equipped to apply God's all-sufficient Word as he shepherds in a local church fellowship.
Pastor Iljin is the second instructor students experience in our Training Program as they learn that "properly interpreted Scripture properly applied" is our primary tool for discipleship and soul-care. |

These men are all experienced in ministry and church leadership and provide spiritual and strategic oversight for TILBC. Well anchored in Scripture, they ensure our mission stays aligned with our evangelical foundations and gospel focus. They guide us with wisdom and hold us accountable to God’s Word.
