The men and women who serve as counselors and staff for TILBCC are dedicated to providing grace-filled, holistic, authentic biblical counseling and soul-care. We believe in ministering to the whole person.

Each counselor and counseling intern has undergone in-depth and comprehensive training and rigorous screening. Those who serve as instructors with our training institute are involved in ministry within their local church fellowship as well.

Our Team Members rely first and foremost on the Word of God for answers and direction when providing care. Prayer bathes every counseling and soul-care session, and every class. When a team-counseling approach is needed, we partner those team members who are best suited to work together to help those who need this approach. At our Training Center, we do all we can to help each student be successful.

Warren Lamb, Ph.D., Th.M., CABC

Director and Lead Counselor, Unbound Program Director

​Pastor Warren brings over 35 years of dedicated involvement in pastoral ministry and biblical counseling. As the Founder and Director of Truth in Love Biblical Counseling & Training Center, he has become a sought-after keynote speaker and workshop presenter at conferences worldwide, Pastor Warren also lends his expertise as a Senior Advisor to Fallen Soldiers March and is a commissioned member of The Addiction Connection. Additionally, he is an accomplished author with several published books and stands as the principal architect behind our Training Program. His primary focus revolves around the intricate understanding of trauma, especially dynamic relational trauma and its lasting consequences, ministering to both the individual and to churches.

Kara Marchini, B.A.

Executive Administrator

Kara is passionate about biblical counseling and providing the essential administrative help the TILBCC Team needs to ensure that operations are smooth, and everyone has what they need to minister well. When you contact us for help or information, she is the person who will make sure you get the answers that you need.

Kara is in the process of completing TILBCC Certified Biblical Counselor Training.  She very much understands and supports our whole-person approach and brings her own experience in this area with her. Kara also serves with the Biblical Counseling Team at her home church fellowship in Virginia.

Jindalea Reinig, B.A.

Media Coordinator

Jinda's dedication to and enthusiasm for biblical counseling burns brightly. Her background as a business leader and as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist are just part of her what makes her approach to helping people connect with the TILBCC Team encourages everyone. Jinda shares her executive experience and her desire for God's people to experience the transforming power of God's Word. This is a great help our Team achieve its goals. Pastor Warren says, "Most of my getting comfortable with social media and what that entails is due to Jinda's ability to encourage and coach me while making me feel smarter in the process." She, her husband, and their two children live in Southern California while she pursues a medical degree and certification as a TILBCC Biblical Counselor.

Isabella Ruiz, M.A

Social Media Manager

Isabella holds a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Calvary University and currently fulfills the role of School Counselor at a school in Eastern Europe. She plays a pivotal role in establishing, sustaining, and enhancing TILBCC's presence across various social media platforms, aligning with our mission to convey the significance and applicability of genuine biblical soul-care in the contemporary world. Her unwavering commitment to biblical counseling and soul-care is evident in all her endeavors, even as she progresses on her path towards becoming a TLBCC Certified Biblical Counselor.

Connie Lamb

​Connie diligently operates behind the scenes, ensuring the meticulous management of our finances and the thorough coordination of our events. Her deep passion lies in contributing to the aid and restoration that TILBCC offers, along with the comprehensive training it provides. Connie quietly and compassionately ministers to numerous individuals each week. Since the inception of the Truth in Love, she has been an unwavering presence, consistently offering her support and encouragement throughout our journey.

Kelli Russell, B.A

Kelli blesses has a zealous compassion and insight for those wounded and broken by oppression and abuse. She blesses many people out of her extensive experience as a biblical counselor, conflict coach, and as the Founder & President of Grace Matters in Vancouver, WA. Her leadership at TILBCC has been a priceless help to our Team and to those they help as well. Kelli invests deeply in the healing and growth of others, whether through counseling or training. She also serves on the TILBCC Mentor Team, walking alongside commissioning and certification candidates.

Pastor Paul Hooks, B.S.

Biblical Counselor, Unbound Leader, Program Mentor, Training Program Asst. Professor​

Pastor Paul has served as the Discipleship Pastor for a church in Kent, WA for over 20 years. He teaches, disciples, counsels, plus mentors candidates through the TILBCC Commissioning and Certification processes.

Pastor Paul is the first TILBCC Instructor that students experience in our Training Program. He is patient and gracious as he helps students become familiar with the biblical counseling and soul-care paradigm and shift away from the psychologized culture we live in.

Pastor Iljin Cho, M.Div.

Part of the culture of TILBCC is our confidence in the Word of God to address all matters of life and faith. ​While in seminary, Pastor Iljin was surprised to discover that psychology has replaced biblical counseling in the pastoral care courses. He connected with Pastor Warren and began his journey to become equipped to apply God's all-sufficient Word as he shepherds in a local church fellowship. 

​Pastor Iljin is the second instructor students experience in our Training  Program as they learn that "properly interpreted Scripture properly applied" is our primary tool for discipleship and soul-care.
